The building fits into the landscape with two main floors that line up with the site. The building site is located in a quiet protected space with access to a main road. The design of this private house was governed by the topography and framing the fabulous views of the place.
Construction has begun, it will be completed in February 2024.
The plot has an area of 176.85 m2. The house has 133 m2 of total area, and a garden area of 139.50m2.
The footprint of the house is designed based on the articulation between the existing alignments, which allows access for cars and pedestrians. Given the context, there was the goal of turning the visual spaces to the south| west, considering that it is where you find a superb view of 180°, which allows you to integrate into a view that goes from Cascais to the Serra de Sintra., and take privacy in relation to the existing topography, allowing a connection of continuity between the interior and the exterior.
